| We are confident that you will be completely satisfied
with any product you purchase from us. However, from time to time,
items may not meet your satisfaction for varying reasons.
Unsuitable Goods
If goods are being returned to us as unsuitable for their intended
purpose you must return the product within 14 days of delivery.
Please note: goods must be UNUSED and the packaging must not be
damaged. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as
a consumer. E-mail us for our returns address. We have taken great
care to illustrate our products at World Of Camping as clearly as
possible. However, due to manufacturer changes to products, pictures
shown may vary slightly from the actual product.
Defective Goods
We always aims to please. If you wish to return goods because they
are defective, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. We will
then collect the faulty goods from you and send out a replacement.
If you don't require replacements, you must return the goods to
us within 14 days of the date of delivery and we will refund the
full amount of the returned items plus postage costs (up to a value
of £5.00) please ensure a receipt for the postage is enclosed
with the goods.
If you requested a refund then either of the following will apply;
If you paid by credit card, your account will be credited within
10 business days after we receive the returned item. If you paid
by cheque, postal order or banker's draft, you'll receive a cheque
in the mail within 8 business days after we receive the returned
item. Please ensure that any item you return is via a track able
method e.g. courier, Royal Mail recorded delivery etc.
Delivery
Your order will normally be dispatched and delivered within 7 working
days. If there is any problem we will endeavour to inform you as
soon as possible.

If you do need to return any item(s) to us please ensure that our
