Orders over £200

Free UK delivery on orders valued over £200 applies to delivery addresses on UK Mainland only and relates to 2-3 working day deliveries - Monday to Friday.

As with all deliveries we cannot guarantee the delivery date but in over 99% of cases orders arrive with no delay.

Our delivery charges hold no nasty surprises and we make them clear from the outset. The cost of delivery will be added to your order automatically at the checkout.

• Delivery to the UK is charged PER COMPLETE ORDER and not per item so no matter how many items you order, the cost of delivery will be one low price. All orders will require a signature when delivered, this is common practice, and if no one is in and the item is returned to ourselves, you will incur extra charges for the item to be sent out again.


• European and International orders are charged per box as packed, this is variable and in this instance your total shown at checkout may not be the same as your final total (although we always try to keep these charges as low as possible). We will confirm the final total with you before charging or shipping your order.


• Orders for next day delivery placed before midday will be dispatched the very same day.


• Should you wish to place an order after midday for next day delivery please give our sales team a call on 01209 20 32 20 and place your order over the phone. This is a discretionary service and may not be available at busy times, but we shall do out best to accomodate. This service will incur a £1 Last Minute charge on top of the normal shipping costs.


• If you have any other special delivery requirements please phone on 01209 20 32 20. We will always try to accomodate your needs.


• Unfortunately we can not currently ship to BFPO addresses. We are addressing this situation so do give us a call if this is a requirement for you.


• Certain larger products can only be delivered to the UK mainland, and are not available for next day delivery. This will be specified in the products extended information, so please check if you're not sure.


• While 99% of our orders arrive on the specified date we can not guarantee the service, so where possible please leave plenty of time for your order to arrive.
